Offenses:
Damage type(s) and Attack Speed influence combat. The attack style of the weapon in relation to the combat environment is also important. Consider both when choosing weapons to wield.

Stats

Abilities:
Boosts and Penalties are both considered "abilities" in general. Many items don't have any special abilities. See the Abilities page for details. Some enemies are immune to certain status conditions - see individual status pages for details.

The Haze Bomb is a 2-star bomb.

Description

An alchemical bomb that creates a noxious cloud capable of stunning those caught inside.

This bomb has two components: first, a very weak elemental damage attack damages anything caught within an (extremely small) radius; second, a much wider cloud inflicts stun status on anything caught inside. This cloud disperses after several seconds.

Notes

For the first 4 months after Spiral Knights left beta, Haze Bomb was a 1* item that was upgraded into the 2* Freezing Vaporizer, Toxic Vaporizer, or Fiery Vaporizer. The crafting cost of Haze Bomb was 3 Light Shards, 2 Gel Drops, 200 crowns and 10 Energy. The recipe was available from Vatel and Basil for 250 crowns.

The Haze Bomb was promoted to 2* for the release of King Krogmo's Blast Network. Its damage was increased to match the other 2* Vaporizers, which no longer required a 1* item when crafting. This is also when the Haze Bomb Mk II, Haze Burst, and Stagger Storm were introduced to the game.
