Tokens are items dropped by boss monsters. They can be used to purchase items from the vendor Brinks in Haven. You cannot trade tokens.
There are currently two types of tokens:

Almirian Seals from Lord Vanaduke

Jelly Gems from the Royal Jelly
After a boss monster is killed, 3-5 tokens are dropped. Similar to crowns and heat, each player gets one token for each token that is picked up.
