Winterfest is an annual event.
Contents
Overview
Winter has come to Cradle and all of Haven is covered in a soft blanket of snow. Snipes and monsters alike are in the holiday spirit and the Haven Arcade is being visited by Impostoclaus! - Forum Post.
Gameplay
Arcade
There are no changes to the arcade's gameplay due to this event. Many monsters wear festive hats which have no effects on combat abilities.
Prestige
"Save Winterfest" is a prestige mission where players must help Impostoclaus by carrying presents to gremlin children in the back alley of Emberlight. Winter Wish tokens are gathered in this mission.
"Grinchlin Assault" is a prestige mission where players attack Grinchlin footholds on Mount Krampus. Materials for crafting Winterfest-related gear at the Mysterious Alchemy Machine drop from Treasure Boxes in this mission.
Rewards and Prizes
Token Exchange
A devilite named Randolph carries various items such as Santy Hat costumes in exchange for Winter Wish tokens or Krogmo Coins.
Prize Boxes
In addition to the festive costumes, Randolph also has Frosty Prize Boxes for trade. Frosty Prize Boxes contain random unbound items.

Each Prize Box also includes random handfuls of Winter Confetti and Flawed Snowballs that you can throw anywhere, as well as a chance to receive even more prizes: Trinket Slot and Weapon Slot Upgrades, Krogmo Coin Boosters and Heat Amplifiers.
There are other Prize Boxes associated with this event. These are not exchanged for tokens, but bought for energy or with real-world currency:
Using materials gathered from the Grinchlin Assault mission, players can craft various Winterfest-related gear at the Mysterious Alchemy Machine.

Haven will be winter-themed during this event.
Most NPCs will wear festive hats for the duration of the event.
