I have observed, GMs have the following abilities:

• Invunerability
• No clip
  • Therefore they do not count as an obstacle for the player spawning system
• Double (or perhaps triple) movement speed, which is toggleable
• Skip levels, or to jump to a depth of thier choosing
• To join players without an invite
• To invite players without a confirmation
• Creation of all vitapods and vials
• Toggling values (such as doors and switches) in a level
