The Hazardous Diablo Helm is a costume.

Description

A helm worn by members of the Scarlet Scouts. Designed to frighten their enemies, this helm is in the visage of a demon said to have broken off its own horn to use as a weapon when it faced its end.

Randomly from a Hazardous Prize Box.

Notes

This item was introduced during the Hazardous Prize Box Promotion in October 2014.

It ignores personal color.

This item has modified, built-in glowing goggles and a devious horn. It constantly sheds a red mist.

The Scarlet Scout NPCs mentioned in this item's description are not currently seen, other than Rhendon.
