Parma's Scout is an NPC that seems to be a heavily modified E-Class Battle Sprite. Parma communicates through it from an unknown, limited distance.

This npc was introduced with release 2015-05-13.
Appearance:
- Modifiers: It seems to have the crimson personal color.
- Accessories: It seems to have a modified pair of Plasma Wings and a unique, hacked-like pulsing aura.
