The Aegis is a 5-star shield.
Description
A sublime shield entrusted to only the most worthy members of the Spiral Order. Whether its crest is a relic from the Order of old or a creation from the Knights' time on Cradle is not immediately clear.
Acquisition
: Reward for completing the 8-2 
Mission: Becoming a Champion (bound).
: Jorin - Always in stock for 25,000 crowns in the Hall of Heroes if the player is rank 8-2 or higher (bound).
Recipe
The 5-star recipe for this item costs 25,000 crowns; the alchemy cost is 5,000 crowns. Below are the materials needed to make the Aegis.

In Greek mythology, Aegis is the shield of the goddess Athena. In modern usage, aegis refers to the protection of a benevolent force — in this case, perhaps the Spiral Order, whose symbol Aegis carries. Behind the shield there are two Side Blade-like objects.
