An enhanced set of Quicksilver Mail that'll get you all charged up for battle.
Acquisition
: Basil - Randomly in stock for 10,000 crowns in depth 13, 23 Clockwork Terminals, always in stock in lobby of:
- 7-2
Mission: Vicious and Viscous
(All recipes purchased from Basil are acquired unbound).
