This bomb was radically altered in the [http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/61701 August 8th 2012 update]. The [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cVmeEdqiVmM previous version] exploded with eight "bullets" that traveled 12 tiles in the eight cardinal directions.  A monster standing on top of the detonating bomb would catch all eight "bullets" for huge damage. It was very popular and frequently used to 1-hit kill Trojans.  Wolvers would instinctively dodge the "bullets" as if they were fired from a gun. The alchemy path of this bomb was also changed during this update.
