The Hazardous Grim Mask is a costume.

Description
A helm worn by members of the Scarlet Scouts. Designed to frighten their enemies, this helm is in the visage of Death itself. Those that wear it have a saying,
'Death is at your heels, so keep facing forward.'

Randomly from a 
Hazardous Prize Box.
Notes
This item was introduced during the Hazardous Prize Box Promotion in October 2014.
This item ignores personal color.
This item has modified, built-in glowing goggles and constantly sheds a red mist.
The Scarlet Scout NPCs mentioned in this item's description are not currently seen, other than Rhendon.
