Description

Zebulon, a knight who utilizes speciality gear that is suited for specific scenarios. The recipes he has produce weapons that target specific monster families and gear that has mixed defense types. He is located in the Hall of Heroes, which is accessible through the Hall of Heroes mission. He sells a fixed list of recipes, but you will only be able to see and purchase up to a certain star level which is based on your clearance. All recipes purchased from this vendor bind upon purchase.
