: Zebulon - Always in stock for 10,000 crowns in the Hall of Heroes if the player is rank 6-2 or higher (bound).
: Basil - Randomly in stock for 10,000 crowns in depth 13 and 23 Clockwork Terminal.  (unbound).

During the Preview Event, the Stone Tortoise was a guaranteed drop from the original Tortodrone.

This item has been in the game long before the first March of the Tortodrones event and is unrelated to the various Tortodrone shields crafted at the Mysterious Alchemy Machine.
