Aura Animations
- Please note, some gifs are not smooth. The entire animation of some auras is random, and therefore makes very large files that are too big to be reasonable gifs.
- It might help to shrink the image to "Spiral Knights Size" by zooming out in your browser, if things seem grainy.

History
- Love Aura was available by purchasing a $5 USD pack of Energy from February 14th to February 19th.[1]
- Sprinkle Aura had a 1% chance of being awarded when purchasing a $9.95 USD pack of Energy from April 4th to April 10th. Since then, it has been made more available, being a prize in a Gourmet Prize Box and other places.
- Sunshine and Snowfall Auras both had a 2.5% chance of dropping from a Solstice Lockbox, which were awarded to a player for every 9.95$ spent on Energy, from 20 June to 25 June 2012. Since then, snowfall and sunshine have diverged a bit. Snowfall was a prize from the Winterfest Prize Box. Sunshine was seen in a supply depot flash sale.
- Green Leafy Aura had a 1% chance being dropped, during the Hunter Prize Box promotion (10:00 AM PDT August 9th, 2012 to 10:00 AM PDT August 20th, 2012)[2]. Players would have receive a "prize box" gift with purchases of $9.95 or more. Since then, green leafy has been seen in Supply Depot Flash Sales.
- The rest of the auras have very similar odds from relevant boxes, and come as prizes in special boxes. See "availability" for a quick reference list.
Trivia
- Prismatic Aspect: Twilight and Hacked auras are generally prismatic.
- The Sprinkle Aura is part of a collection of celebratory accessories, which include Party Hats, Birthday Candles, Grand Toppers, and Party Blowouts, as well as Sprinkle Auras.
- According to Nick, the unclean aura is an reference to the game Deadly Premonition; the main character would attract flies if he did not change his suit for a period of time. In spiral there seems to be a set amount of flies around, but in the aforementioned game, the main character would start off with one, and then it could grow into a swarm. [3]
Bugs
- Twilight is designed as a trail, but currently only one firefly is not locked to the player's movement.
