The Hexing Haze is the third skill of a battle sprite from the Maskeraith family. Its unlocked at level 50.

Description

Creates a miasma around you that hexes any target within. Each hex has a timer that deals heavy damage upon termination. For every target acquired by hexing haze, the duration of the miasma increases. — Tooltip

Augments

  • Focus: Reduces skill cooldown.
  • No Mercy: Increases the damage inflicted by hexing haze.
  • Plentiful Pain: Increases the bonus duration of hexing haze as additional targets are acquired.

Combat

Attack

The miasma the skill produces around you lasts for a at least 5 seconds, regardless of hexing any monsters at all. Hexes last roughly around 2.5 seconds. From there, every monsters you manage to hex adds time to the duration of the miasma, allowing you to hex even more monsters. However, the bonus time added diminishes with every hex added, providing a 'limit' to the absolute total number of possible hexes.

If you're skillful in a crowded room, you can absolutely about double (9-10 seconds) the duration of the miasma, even hitting the same monster twice with a hex.

Damage

The following damage values represent the battle sprite at its completed level, and listed as a range found from the first to last floor of each stratum.

Ultimate Upgrade

At level 100 this skill can evolves into one of two ultimate forms, chosen by the knight. An Ultimate Evo Catalyst is required.

This choice alters part of the sprite's appearance, while leaving other parts unchanged, not all battle sprites have the same changes so check their pages for visual examples.
