Chief Geo Knight Wegner is an NPC who oversees mineral research. He leaves a Recon Module about minerals in the Rank Mission: The Collector.

Helmet: Similar to the Magic Hood. A Game Face is attached.

Armor: Similar to the Spiral Flak Jacket.

Shield: Wegner bears no shield in Haven.

Weapon(s): Wegner wields no weapons in Haven.

History

release 2011-03-17: Wegner is stationed in the Haven Arcade, relieving the "arcade assistant" NPC of duty.
release 2011-04-19: Wegner has a new objective - how to deposit minerals and influence Gate Construction (an obsolete mechanic as of release 2013-10-16).
release 2012-09-05: Wegner's model has been updated.
release 2013-07-30: Battle Sprites - and their mineral consumption mechanic - were introduced. It is assumed Wegner's dialogue changed again around this time.
