- Prismatic Aspect: None.
- The Writhing Tendrils accessory was first made available during the Slime Prize Box Promotion in July 2014.
- Two gelatinous tendrils pulse and wave around on the player's back - NOT the rear! For a while, the icon for this accessory was incorrectly an armor rear icon instead of the armor back icon.
- Availability of different color styles for this accessory type is rather limited, compared to most other accessories.
