Description
A ticket for an accessory that can be attached to the front of select armors. Accessory tickets can be redeemed at the Accessorizor in the Haven Bazaar. — Tooltip

This accessory seems to be two large faceted gems that float over the shoulders. These gems constantly twinkle and have a sheen. They also seem to burn.
