King Tinkinzar is the King of the Gremlins. Very little is known about King Tinkinzar, but if his crimson order is representative of his true intentions, he is likely a despotic and maniacal being.
About
King Tinkinzar is said to be a great ruler and the mechanical genius who is possibly responsible for the vision of the Clockworks. He is never seen by common gremlins, rather his orders are carried out by his fearsome Crimson Order, a zealous band of gremlins who alone share audience with the king.
It is unknown what connection he shares with The Architect, or if they are one and the same.
If the player interacts with Pakrat, they learn that Tinkinzar desires the destruction of Emberlight for unknown reasons. It's likely because Emberlight is not part of the gremlin "master plan."
