The Faust is a 4-star sword.

Description
A powerful, cursed sword forged in the underworld. Its powerful charge attacks can sometimes curse the one that wields it.
(Note: While the Faust's speed bar is more than the Avenger's, it seems that it is just a mistake, as both swords swing just as fast without a UV.)

Attacks
Basic Attack
Two-hit combo which comes out and recovers relatively quickly. It has a medium range. Can cause curse to an enemy on the second hit.
Charge Attack
The knight takes a small step back and takes a wide swing with the sword, which emits a Gran Faust-shaped energy beam which primes for a moment before flying forwards a fair distance before detonating. The Charge Attack has a chance to inflict Curse on both the enemy and the user. Self-curse will last 40 seconds without resistances.

Trivia
- The blade is named after Faustus. He is a scholar from a German folklore, who made a pact with the Devil, and offered his soul for unlimited knowledge.
- The Faust and Gran Faust are the only weapons in the game that inflict the Curse status.
