The Bombhead Mask is a costume.
Description
A mask commissioned by King Krogmo to celebrate the launch of Blast Network that curiously resembles a live bomb. Available in a wide variety of styles, there is likely one to match any armor set. — Tooltip
Notes
The first bombhead masks were introduced with Blast Network in August 2011.[1]
The old arsenal icon for costumes used to look like a bombhead mask, because these were some of the earliest costumes in the game.
Bombhead masks are bound upon acquisition unless obtained from a Box or the Auction House.
- Krogmo has a small chance to reward a regular bombhead per match Lockdown and Blast Network if bribed (not just BN).
- Occasionally, certain bombhead masks will be featured on the Auction House. For example, Fiery and Frosty have shown up several times, sometimes in relation to a event or promotion.
Prismatic Aspect: Most bombhead masks have prismatic "mouth" and "ear" slits that match the player's personal color. Some have prismatic eyes.
They have an animated fuse on the back and are shaped like a generic bomb (most similar to the Blast Bomb line).
