Description
A ticket for an accessory that can be attached to the front of select helmets. Accessory tickets can be redeemed at the Accessorizor in the Haven Bazaar. — Tooltip

The NPC Barrus wears a moddified Helm-Mounted Display.
This item is often called a "Power Scanner" in release notes.[1] This name and this item's appearance possibly allude to the scouters in Dragon Ball Z, which are used to scan power levels.
