The Unknown Passage is a long, dark, and Swarm defiled Clockworks depth.
The area, and its infested inhabitants, offer absolutely no Crowns, Heat, Materials, or Vials, and seemingly never stop spawning.
It's minimap also is covered by static, due to The Swarm. The only tactic for this level is simple:
Survive. and defeat a certain number of monsters to progress.
Passage Tips
- You do not have to wear equipment specific for the Unknown Passage throughout any Shadow Lair; you can change your equipment at any time during the level.
- The Shivermist Buster haze cannot freeze Void Zombies.
- Void Wolvers do not burrow.
- Void Gels behave as Tier 3 Toxigels, and can inflict Poison. They appear susceptible to Elemental damage.
- Swarm Seeds increase the defense of monsters within their radius. Their centers can be damaged to temporarily reduce size or disable it.
- Swarm Seeds appear to resist Shadow damage.
- Swarm Turrets are invincible. Their bullets deal massive Normal damage.
- Catalyzer charges cannot tag Swarm enemies.
