Geo Knight Wegner
Chief Geo Knight Wegner is an NPC who oversees mineral research. He leaves a Recon Module about minerals in the Rank Mission: The Collector.
Dialogue and Location

Appearance:
- Modifiers: Closed Eyes and Cyan Personal Color.
- Helmet: Magic Hood. A Game Face is attached to it.
- Armor: Spiral Flak Jacket
- Shield: Wegner bears no shield in Haven.
- Weapon(s): Wegner wields no weapons in Haven.
History
- release 2011-03-17: Wegner is stationed in the Haven Arcade, relieving the "arcade assistant" NPC of duty.
- release 2011-04-19: Wegner has a new objective - how to deposit minerals and influence Gate Construction (an obsolete mechanic as of release 2013-10-16).
- release 2012-09-05: Wegner's model has been updated.
- release 2013-07-30: Battle Sprites - and their mineral consumption mechanic - were introduced. It is assumed Wegner's dialogue changed again around this time.
