release 2011-03-17: Wegner is stationed in the Haven Arcade, relieving the "arcade assistant" NPC of duty.
release 2011-04-19: Wegner has a new objective - how to deposit minerals and influence Gate Construction (an obsolete mechanic as of release 2013-10-16).
release 2012-09-05: Wegner's model has been updated.
release 2013-07-30: Battle Sprites - and their mineral consumption mechanic - were introduced. It is assumed Wegner's dialogue changed again around this time.
