Kozma, Spiral Quartermaster

Description

A Spiral Quartermaster in the Town Square and Bazaar districts of Haven; she also appears right outside of subtowns with the Spiral Warden, as well as each Clockwork Terminal and King Krogmo's Coliseum. He sells a set list of special items.
