A ticket for an accessory that can be attached to the top of select helmets. Accessory tickets can be redeemed at the Accessorizor in the Haven Bazaar. — Tooltip

This accessory seems to be a snipe perched on a T-shaped piece of wood, similar to the ones seen on several strangers. The prismatic version seems to be more animated, occasionally looking around.
Their color names differ significantly from many other items in the game - even from similarly colored snipe furniture.
When it was released, the snipe was rather "bugged:" it would not turn with the player's head, always facing south. The prismatic version did not have this issue. When switching between different helmets with snipe perches, the snipe's wings would sometimes be stuck out to the sides.
Soon after the Bejeweled Stranger promotion started, a small patch was released that modified tooltip previews for Snipe Perches to better display the item.[1] The tooltip for Wheat Snipe Perch was unaffected at first, this was fixed with additional patch a few days later.
