The Hunter's Lodge is a richly appointed special room for guild halls. The lodge is curated by the great hunter Armero, and features the Armero Alchemy Machine. This machine allows guild members to craft boss trophy furniture for their guild hall.
Obtained From
The Hunter's Lodge can be purchased from the Rooms and Expansions menu for 475,000 crowns, only after both wings of the third floor are purchased. If either wing is removed, then the Hunter's Lodge is also removed from the room in which it sits.
Armero
Armero is a hunter of the wilds who curates the Hunter's Lodge. He instructs knights in using the lodge alchemy machine.
His personal color is orange, and his eyes are Shifty Eyes. His helmet is a Kat Hiss Cowl with Mecha Wings and a Volcanic Dapper Combo. His armor suit seems to be a combination of Azure Guardian Armor's torso and Guardian Knight's Armor's neck with a Military Parrying Blade. A Stone Tortoise shield is strapped to his back.
Alchemy Machine
The Armero Alchemy Machine manufactures prestigious boss trophy furniture for the guild hall. Only guild members may use the machine. The machine takes crowns and materials from the guild treasury, and deposits its product back into the guild treasury. The machine does not require Orbs of Alchemy or energy.
In the table below, each boss correponds to a row. The row begins with the boss token. Some number (between 12 and 25) of these tokens can be traded to Brinks for a boss material. Four of these boss materials are used in crafting the first level of boss furniture. Four of these furnitures are used in crafting the next level of furniture, and four of those are used in crafting the final level of furniture. Here are the total numbers of tokens required to make the four final boss trophies:
- Replica Shadowy Snarbolax: 12 x 4 x 4 x 4 = 768 Frumious Fangs.
- Replica Royal Jelly: 15 x 4 x 4 x 4 = 960 Jelly Gems.
- Large Replica Roarmulus Twin: 18 x 4 x 4 x 4 = 1,152 Bark Modules.
- Lord Vanaduke's Finery: 25 x 4 x 4 x 4 = 1,600 Almirian Seals.
When a piece of furniture is required for crafting the next level of furniture, that piece must be in the guild treasury — not out on the floor of the guild hall. So, to upgrade a piece of furniture already deployed in the guild hall, the knight must enter design mode, remove the furniture, use the alchemy machine, re-enter design mode, and place the new furniture.
Historical Notes
The Hunter's Lodge was added to the game in release 2012-12-12 — one month after the introduction of enhanced guild halls in release 2012-11-14.
