A ticket for an accessory that can be attached to the back of select helmets. Accessory tickets can be redeemed at the Accessorizor in the Haven Bazaar. — Tooltip

The Ribbon is grouped with other items. Available in standard Color Patterns, they are options for accessorizing when creating a new knight:
