Taxonomy

Gate Icon-Slime.png Slime Family, Turret Class

Defenses of the Slime family:

Weak to Shadow damage

Resistant to Piercing damage

Neutral to Normal & Elemental damage

The Polyp is a monster.

Traits

Most of the time, higher tier monsters have all the abilities of preceding tiers, with increased intensity.

Strategy

Notes

Love Puppy on a Howlitzer Respawner in Heart of Ice

Despite the Love Puppy being a construct type, it can spawn in place of a Polyp. This can also happen to Howlitzers

Despite Polyps having an omnidirectional sight, they still must turn to fire at a Knight. Curiously, because of such, a frozen Polyp will be restricted to firing in the last direction it was "facing".
