Kozma, Spiral Quartermaster

Description

A Spiral Quartermaster in the Town Square and Bazaar districts of Haven; she also appears in the subtowns as well as each Clockwork Terminal and King Krogmo's Coliseum. She sells a set list of special items.

She runs the Supply Depot, talking to her will open it.

Her helmet is a Spiral Tailed Helm with a Ribbon.
