Option B
"Significant Reward? yes/no" list, featuring gate map quick runthrough information via a Gate Map (something I remember desperately wanting as a new player), with jump-to floor sections (relies on consistent ToC entries on individual mission pages).
Significance of reward is biased, but will tend to be major, such as recipes (don't want to buy one you're going to get), orbs, radiants, and evo catalysts. Oh, and An Eternal Bond's internal reward, of course. Remember, rank mission rewards are only obtained once, so I don't think they should be the focus of the list.
